When your child is struggling with anxiety, it’s hard to know how to help

Children don't always have the words to explain how they feel. And as a parent, that can feel overwhelming.

You can sense something isn't right, but you don't want to push too hard, say the wrong thing, or make it worse.

So often, families get stuck in the gap. Between what a child feels and what a parent understands.

Twinquility helps you meet in the middle.

Twinquility is a child mental health app designed for both of you, not one or the other.

It gives children a safe, private space to express how they feel, while gently helping carers understand what's going on beneath the surface.

No pressure. No overwhelm. Just a calmer, more connected way to support your child's emotional wellbeing.

How Twinquility's children's anxiety support works

Children can check in, journal, and explore simple tools that help them understand and manage their emotions in a way that feels safe and age-appropriate. Wendy, Twinquility's gentle AI guide, is always there to listen, reflect and quietly flag if a little extra support might help.

For the adult: Carers receive thoughtful, AI-powered insights based on patterns, not personal details, helping you better understand how your child is feeling and how to support them.

It's not about monitoring. It's about understanding.

Designed with care, safety, and trust at its core

Twinquility is a children's emotional wellbeing app created with kids' mental health at the centre.

Parents receive gentle wellbeing insights and emotional patterns, not full access to their child's private journal or personal conversations. Your child's private space stays private.

Built through research, lived experience, and ongoing collaboration with families and professionals, Twinquility is designed to feel both safe and genuinely supportive for everyone using it.

This isn't about replacing conversations. It's about making them easier.

We prioritise:

  • Privacy and age-appropriate experiences

  • Emotional safety in every interaction

  • A supportive, non-judgemental environment

Why I'm building Twinquility

I struggled with anxiety from a young age, and I know how hard it can be to explain what you're feeling, especially to the people who care about you most.

Nobody in my family experienced anxiety the way I did, and as much as they wanted to help, there was nothing to bridge the gap between what I felt and what they could understand.

Twinquility is being built to bridge that gap. Helping children with anxiety feel understood, and helping parents and carers feel more confident supporting them.

The idea for Twinquility came from a conversation with my mum. We were talking about my experiences growing up, and she told me she wished something like this had existed. Something that could have helped her better understand what I was going through and how to support me.

That conversation stayed with me.
