About Twinquility

Twinquility is a connected wellbeing app designed to support children with anxiety and their parents and carers — together, not separately.

Our tagline: "A gentle, nurturing space where children and carers grow emotionally together."

Twinquility is operated by Twinquility Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

What Twinquility Does

Twinquility gives children aged 7 to 14 a safe, private space to express how they feel, while gently helping parents and carers understand what is going on beneath the surface.

Core features include:

  • Safe creative expression — children can journal using text, drawing or voice

  • Wendy, our AI wellbeing guide — always there to listen, reflect and quietly flag if extra support might help

  • Mood check-ins — simple, age-appropriate tools to help children name their feelings

  • Calming tools — breathing exercises, grounding techniques and gentle reflections

  • Carer insights — parents and carers receive gentle, pattern-based wellbeing summaries, not raw journal content

  • Privacy-first design — children use nicknames, not real names, and choose what they share

What Twinquility Is Not

Twinquility is a wellbeing support tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any mental health condition, and it is not a substitute for professional support. In an emergency, please always contact 999.

Who Built Twinquility

Twinquility was founded by Holly Banfield, who struggled with anxiety from a young age. The idea came from a conversation with her mum, who said she wished something like this had existed to help her better understand what Holly was going through.

Twinquility is built through research, lived experience, and ongoing collaboration with families and professionals.
